For security reasons, access is granted only via your official email address. We never use your email address for marketing purposes and never pass it on to third parties.

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. No warranty or guarantee is provided for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the generated calculation results. No legal claims, guarantees of success or liability claims can be derived from the results of this strategic simulator.
YourValidator is a mathematical simulation tool based on general benchmark ranges. It is provided as-is. Since you as the user fill the system with your own researched market figures, budgets and factors, the responsibility for the operational implementation and the actual success of campaigns lies 100% with you – and with the agencies or teams you commission.
Use the generated data as a transparent specification framework for strategic discussions and conversations at eye level. The final commercial, entrepreneurial and legal decision regarding the deployment of your budget lies exclusively with you at all times.
Usage rights, social media & sharing licence
The provider grants users a free, non-exclusive, unrestricted right to use the user interface and the calculation results of YourValidator, including for commercial purposes.
This expressly includes permission to create, reproduce and make publicly available visual and audiovisual content of the software – in particular screenshots, screen recordings (screencasts), explainer videos, presentations and reviews. Publication and sharing of this content on social media platforms as well as on own websites and blogs is expressly permitted.
Use in video conferences (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet), live presentations, online courses and webinars, as well as recording for YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok, is expressly permitted and encouraged – including for commercial use by agencies and consultants during client meetings. For MyStrategyPlan.me, commercial use for client consultations or for presenting one’s own or third-party products with the aim of generating revenue is prohibited. Revenue from social media views is excluded from this.
Preservation of authorship
The discreet branding and visible domain yourvalidator.com (or .de / .org) in full-screen mode and on exported PDF documents must not be obscured, covered or removed at any time. The graphic elements, logo and brand of YourValidator must remain unchanged and clearly visible on all screenshots, screencasts and videos.
Conditions for sharing
- No distortion: The graphic elements and brands of YourValidator must not be altered or manipulated in a misleading way.
- Attribution & linking: When publishing, the name of the tool must be clearly visible and linked to the official website.
- Commercial use: Creating videos and screenshots is also permitted for commercial social media channels.
- No resale: Resale of the software itself or sale of direct access to it is excluded.

The content and works created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator.
